- TRANSMISSION, DISTRIBUTION OR STORAGE OF ANY MATERIAL IN VIOLATION OF ANY LAW. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- Copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- Any material that is obscene, defamatory or constitutes an illegal threat.
- ALL MATERIALS AND LINKS FROM OUR CUSTOMER WEBSITES RELATED TO:
- Pornography, nudity and sex related merchandising.
- Websites that may infer sexual content or link to adult oriented websites.
- Warez websites, Irc Bots, Mp3, Hackers programs or archives, Pirated software.
- ANY ACTIVITY OR CONTENT THAT MAY BE DAMAGING OUR OR ANY SERVER ON THE INTERNET.
- WE ARE NOT ALLOWING OUR CUSTOMERS TO USE OUR SERVERS FOR:
- Mirror sites, File distribution sites, Distribution points or Shareware and multimedia archives.
- Chat rooms, unless pre-approved by our company.
- Use of any kind of web-based Telnet application.
- ANY ATTEMPT TO SCAN, TEST OR PROBE TO BREACH SECURITY OR AUTHENTICATION.
- Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system.
- Interference with service to any user, host or network including:
- Mail bombing, flooding, bulk emailing, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks, electronic
forging of any kind in an email or a newsgroup posting.
